My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shirley’s cottage! It really was a peaceful retreat and it felt like we were on a secluded island, yet we were only 30 minutes from Parry Sound to explore some great specialty shops. Dunchurch was close by for ice cream and essentials. The cottage was very clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed, except for the linens which you have to bring yourself. But pillows and extra blankets were provided. We had a fire overlooking the water, which was the perfect setting for sharing some S’mores. Shirley is a great host to deal with! Check-in and out was easy and she provided lots of information about the surrounding areas.
